Quick answers to the most common FileFlex questions.
First, check your inbox and spam folder. If you still can’t find it, use the recover license page to resend your key to your purchase email.
Go to the recover license page on the website, enter the email you used during purchase, and FileFlex will resend your key if a license is linked to that email.
Open FileFlex, go to Advanced, then License, click Activate Pro, and paste in your license key from your purchase email.
A FileFlex Pro license can be active on up to 2 devices at a time. If you activate on a third device, the least recently used device may be replaced.
You can always download the latest installer from the download page on fileflex.org.
FileFlex is currently in beta for Mac. You can download the latest Mac beta from the download page.
